The Process Explorer
The Process Explorer assists in managing documents and projects.
You may expand and collapse the elements in the Process Explorer by either choosing the arrows on the left or double click onto the item.
Free Documents folder
The "Free Documents" folder contains all documents, which are not part of a BPI project. All other elements on the top level are BPI project solutions, which contain projects and their corresponding documents.
Contextual menus
To organize the data within your BPI project, its elements have a context menu.
In the case of the project element, the context menu allows you to:
- Build Project

Create a workflow out of the project
- Add

Add an item to the project
- Remove

Remove project from solution context
- Rename

Rename project
- Workflow Build Options

Edit workflow properties
- Open Project Folder

Open the project folder inside the repository
- File Properties

Edit project properties
Some options in the context menu may contain sub menus.

This context menu is only available if you have opened a BPI project solution in the process explorer.
Projects opended outside the solution context lack the workflow-related options. Editing individually opened (out-of-context) documents via the context menu is not supported. |
