The demands on the modelers should not be underestimated. The modeler must have an understanding of the process, i.e. understand the underlying processes. If this understanding is lacking, it has not been possible to create a realistic process model. In addition to the technical knowledge, an appropriate ability to express oneself linguistically is also required. And of course this also takes into account the target groups, i.e. the consumers of the process models.
IYOPRO AI can therefore make it easier for the modeler to get started. It provides the modeler with a first starting point for their process modeling through process suggestions. The typical problem of staring at a blank sheet of paper and not knowing how to start disappears.
Generate a process
To generate a process with IYOPRO AI, press on Generate Process in the Modeling tab of the ribbon menu.
In the appearing dialog you can enter your process prompt.
If the result may be ambiguous, you can also add context information. In case of a sub process, it could be the main process.
Decide whether you want to create a collaboration diagram or a process map.
In the first case, you can additionally control the scope of the model by checking or unchecking the model creation properties.
Modify a description
In addition to the graphical description of the process, there is of course also the textual description. IYOPRO AI can also support the modeler in the textual description of activities. Completely new descriptions can be created using a few keywords, or existing descriptions can be shortened, lengthened or completely rewritten in a wide variety of tones and to suit the target group.
Simply press the right mouse button to open a context menu. There you can find the IYOPRO AI function to change your description and select one of the options.
