Runnable

Parent Previous Next

The Runnable Workflows list provides access to executable workflows.

If the Runnable Workflows list is activated, a list of all workflows that have an active version and that the user could start is displayed. The small number in the collapsible header indicates how many runnable workflows there are.

Double click on the appropriate workflow to start.

Then either a start form will appear or the IYOPRO Start Workflow Dialog, depending on the settings in the workflow definition.

If a start form has been declared, a process instance will be created when the form is submitted.

Start Workflow Dialog

The Start Workflow Dialog is used for all types of workflows, which must be manually started.

It shows the name of the workflow that you are about to start and a button to run the workflow.

If you want to get more information about that workflow, you can open the help by clicking on the "Help" button in the menu (). It shows some organizational information as well as a preview image and a description.

To start such a workflow hit the "Run Workflow" button.

Order and group by

You can modify the view of your runnable workflow list by changing the order of the workflows or grouping the workflows. This facilitates work on the same incidents.

Show development workflows

If you have the necessary authorization, you can display (and start) workflows that are still in development. Whether or not you see development workflows in the list depends on what is set in the Workflow Build Options.
