Workflow

The Workflow part of the IYOPRO Web Start menu provides access to the workflows of your organization.

You have the following choices:

• Tasks
  This module provides information about open and / or finished tasks of the current user
• Instances
  This module provides information about process instances, the current user is involved in.
• Runnable
  This module provides all runnable workflows which may be utilized by the current user.

In addition, you have the option of defining absences and getting an overview of the currently defined absence times of other users as well as configuring who should replace you in your absence:

• Set substitutes
• Set user absence
