To run and monitor workflows it is necessary to complete the following steps:
- Define a Workflow as described here
- Run the workflow. Especially on the first time monitor the process instance. Verify, if the process instance variables contain the expected values and read the process log to detect warnings and errors.
- Verify even finished process instances. It's important to verify if there where errors or unexpected warnings.
